Enrollment Seasons

We are currently accepting online enrollment requests and placing enrollments as space allows for:
*Many sites are full with a waiting list. A few may have some part-time availability.

Summer 2018

School Year 2018-19

Summer and School Year are separate seasons and require placement of separate enrollments.
Re-enrollment into each new seasons is required. Enrollment does not carry over from school year to school year, from school year to summer or from summer to school year.

All enrollment requests are reviewed in the order received and approved for placement as space availability allows. Your request will be reviewed and responded to within 3-5 business days (during enrollment sessions: 5-7 business days).

Enrollment Terms and Agreements

Kids Club program practices, procedures, and enrollment contract terms must be agreed to upon placement of enrollment. Please click here to view the information to which you will be required to indicate your agreement when placing your enrollment request.

Online Enrollment - Space Availability Requests

To find out about space availability please place an online enrollment request. The information below will help you in placement of your online request.

  • Online requests via Community Education/Kids Club customer profile.

Current/Past Kids Club participants:

  • Log In
  • Select your Kids Club account under the heading Your Accounts
  • Click Register a New Contract
  • Select child to be enrolled and verify their profile information. 
  • Verify Emergency Contact information.
  • Select the season into which you wish to enroll.
  • Follow all prompts and answer all questions.
  • Submit your enrollment request. 

Participants new to Kids Club: 

  • Log In 
  • Visit the Explore All Programs menu and select Kids Club
  • Click Registration
  • Select child to be enrolled and verify their profile information. 
  • Verify Emergency Contact information.
  • Select the season into which you wish to enroll.
  • Follow all prompts and answer all questions.
  • Submit your enrollment request. 
  • As part of your enrollment request completion you will be asked a series of questions for the purpose of an emergency card. To make your entry as quick as possible gather in advance details for answering these questions:
    1. Child's height and weight
    2. Phone numbers (home, work, cell) for both parent/guardians.
    3. Phone number for 2 different emergency contact individuals.
    4. Your clinic phone number.
    5. Name and dosage of any medications that may need to be administered at Kids Club on a regular school day, during non-school day sessions or during the summer.
  • Place a separate request for each season (summer, school year).
  • Place a separate request for each child.
  • Enrollment requests will be addressed within 1-7 business days after receipt. Upon approval of your enrollment request your credit card will be assessed the registration fee to secure the enrollment.
  • Enrollment approval is based on space availability. Our business office will contact you via email to notify you of any space availability issues and/or to set up your child's start date in the program.
    In most cases, children may begin participating five business days after enrollment approval.
