Summer FAQ

What grades are eligible for summer enrollment?
Kids Club serves elementary age students grades Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Eligible students have successfully completed Kindergarten (will be in 1st grade next school year) through those who are just completing their 5th grade year.

Do we continue to pay for our schedules during an Absence?
Yes; to guarantee your schedule is in place upon your return, families are required to pay for their set schedule during their absence, regardless of when (beginning, middle, etc.) the absence from the program occur.

During the summer participants have the opportunity to submit a Vacation Voucher. Children enrolled the entire summer are eligible for up to one week of summer vacation credit, based on the child’s contract. (For example, a M-F contract receives up to five vacation days; a Tu-Th half-day contract receives three half-day vacation days).

To claim your credit:

  • Submit a voucher notifying us of your dates of absence.
    Vacation Vouchers are available at your Kids Club site and need to be submitted
    to your Site Supervisor.
  • Vouchers need to be submitted with a minimum of a two week notification.
  • Submit a replacement voucher if you have changes to your original dates.
  • Dates you list on the voucher unschedule your child from attendance on that day.
  • Absences can be taken individually or as consecutive days
  • Credits will be issued in the August invoice - not in the month in which the absence takes place.
    (credits for vouchers received after July 15 will be included in the September invoice).

What if we put in place a schedule and our needs change?

Changes to summer enrollment contract are made under the following terms:
Contracts and associated fees are per child.

A $25 contract change fee, $5 additional fee per sibling applies to each change made to a contract during the summer (increase and/or decrease to scheduling) within the following time frame: May 1-end of season.*

  • Requests to increase your contract will be accepted based upon space availability. A start date of the new contract will be arranged to begin within 3-5 business days; *contract change fee applies.
     
  • Requests to reduce or withdraw your contract.
    • Notification of the contract change received through April 30 will become effective the first day of the summer season - no fees will be billed for the original contract.
    • Notification of a contract change received May 1-14 will go into effect the first day of the summer season - no fees will be billed for the original contract; *contract change fee applies to your first billing invoice for the season.
    • Notification of a contract change received May 15 through the day before the first day of the summer season will take effect with a two week notice - fees for the original contract will be billed for the first two weeks of the summer program; *contract change fee applies.
    • Notification received the first day of the summer program through the end of the season will go into effect two weeks after received - fees for the original contract will be billed during the two week notice timeline; *contract change fee applies.

School Year FAQ

Kids Club serves elementary age students grades Kindergarten through 5th grade.

How do I register my incoming Kindergarten child?

  • I have another child currently enrolled in Kids Club - submit an enrollment request for your incoming Kindergarten child during the 'Early Bird' current family enrollment session when you renew enrollment for your other child(ren) so that their placement will also be guaranteed.
  • I am new to Kids Club - submit your online enrollment request online beginning he last week of April.
