Fees

Monthly Billing

Invoices will be run the first week of the month detailing fees for the full month. Payment of the full amount of the invoice is due to the Community Education Office by the 15th of each month.

Payment can be made online through your customer billing account either manually each month or via automatic payments or in person at the Community Education Office (payments are not accepted at your KC site).

Summer 2018 Fees

Registration Fee:

$69/child for enrollments received February 2-16.
$85/child for enrollments receive after February 16.
Fees are non-refundable/non-transferrable fee.

Full Day: 5 days = $33.50/day, 2-4 days* = $36.50/day, Drop In = $54/day, Lunch Bunch** = $3.75/day
Half Day: 5 days = $23.50/day, 2-4 days* = $26.50/day, Drop In = $39.50/day, Lunch Bunch** = $3.75/day
* 2 day minimum contract required.
** Lunch Bunch unavailable during Drop In attendances. No discounts apply.

School Year 2018-19 Fees

Registration Fee:

$59/child for enrollments received  April 4-18.
$75/child for enrollments receive after April 18.
Fees are non-refundable/non-transferrable fee.

School Hours 7:55 AM - 2:25 PM (Crestview, Newport, Red Rock, Royal Oaks)
Before School: 5 days = $7.75/day, 1-4 days = $8.25/day, Drop In = $11.75/day
After School: 5 days = $15.75/day, 1-4 days = $16.25/day, Drop In = $22.75/day

School Hours 8:40 AM - 3:10 PM (Armstrong, Cottage Grove Elem., Grey Cloud, Hillside, Middleton,
Pine Hill, Pullman, Woodbury Elem.)
Before School: 5 days = $11.00/day, 1-4 days = $11.50/day,  Drop In = $15.00/day
After School: 5 days = $12.50/day, 1-4 days = $13.00/per day,  Drop In = $19.50/day

School Hours 9:10 AM - 3:50 PM (Bailey, Liberty Ridge, Nuevas Fronteras, Valley Crossing)
Before School: 5 days = $12.50/day, 1-4 days = $13.00/day,  Drop In = $19.50/day
After School: 5 days = $11.00/day, 1-4 days = $11.50/day, Drop In = $15.00/day

2018-19 Non-School Day Fees

$36.00/day for participants on a regular before and/or after school schedule.
$39.00/day for participants who hold a Drop In enrollment.
No discounts apply. Fees are non-refundable/non-transferrable.

Discounts

Sibling: 5% for each sibling after the first child. Discounts are given to the child contracted the fewest number of program components (days/times).
Free/reduced meals: 25% for children who qualify (must submit a copy of your 'Nutrition Services Letter' to Community Education).
Discounts cannot be combined and do not apply to Lunch Bunch, Non-School Days or Drop In care.

Financial Assistance

CCAP (Child Care Assistance Program) funds for tuition for the Kids Club program may be available through your County of residence.
In Washington County, please contact the 'Community Services Financial Intake and Information' at 651-430-6459 to start the application process. Your call will be returned to determine eligibility for long-term, monthly assistance with your child care payments.
